Short biography
Nick Polyushkin is a real-estate investor, developer, licensed real-estate broker and mortgage expert with more than 15 years of experience, and the founder and CEO of Vera Group, a real-estate ecosystem headquartered at 1895 Tyler St, STE 404, Hollywood, Florida.
After years in the corporate world he moved into real estate and built an integrated approach spanning investment strategy, brokerage and mortgage services; by founding Vera Group he created an ecosystem “where expertise, resources, and relationships converge”. Group sites describe him as a “successful developer, investor, expert in the US real estate market, instructor, consultant”.
He founded Vera Realty in 2012 as an independent South Florida brokerage and leads Vera Fund, which reports 30+ completed projects. He is CEO of Polyus Studio, where his background includes digital marketing and work at Saatchi & Saatchi, a partner in Vespar Development, CEO of Vera Property Management and founder of the Nick Polyushkin Training Center, where he teaches passive-income and commercial real-estate programs in Russian and English.
He holds a Master's degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, and speaks English and Russian.
