About Vera Capital
Vera Capital (veracapital.io) is a tokenized real-estate investment marketplace and a subsidiary of Vera Group. Investors select a property, buy blockchain-based property tokens, track transparent analytics and receive returns from rental income and potential appreciation — with the stated aim of making real-estate investment accessible to everyone.
The marketplace page is marked “coming soon” and the site collects a waitlist. Vera Capital is led by Nick Polyushkin, CEO & Founder, a licensed real-estate broker who combines traditional real-estate expertise with blockchain technology.
In March–April 2025 Vera Group announced Vera Capital and a partnership with Blocksquare to tokenize US real estate. The partnership was covered by Cointelegraph, Benzinga, The Defiant and The Daily Hodl; the Vera Capital blog links the announcement video and the Blocksquare BLOCK-CHAT #107 live stream.
