Vera Junior — After-School Academic & Financial Literacy Club, Aventura

Vera Junior (verajunior.com) is an after-school academic club in Aventura, Florida for Kindergarten to 5th grade — an Academic Enrichment, Financial Literacy & Business Skills Center at 2479 NE 192nd Street, Aventura, FL 33180.

On weekdays (Monday–Friday, 2:00–7:45 PM in two blocks) each child follows an individual schedule — homework support, FAST test preparation, reading and literacy, art and life skills — in groups of no more than five students per teacher. A Saturday Enrichment Program (11:30 AM–2:00 PM) in financial literacy and business skills is included in every membership.

Memberships cost $1,500, $1,700 or $1,995 per month for 2, 3 or 5 days a week. Standalone sessions are $125 (homework, 2 hours) and $90 (FAST prep, 1 hour); camps are $165 a day ($130 member rate), with no registration or annual fee. The team includes Anna Platon, Elena Shade, Nick Polyushkin, Mike Platon and Millana Ford.
